Michelle Woodyard - General Manager. I have been involved with PSB since February 2004, since harassing Donna Smith (Director at PSB) to let me work with Environ & Jane Iredale. I started as a (part time) Technical Educator/Territory Manager, then moved into Sales and Marketing. Now, as General Manager, I have a huge responsibility to our stockists and my team, which I take very seriously. My aim is to ensure our capable team look after our stockists and I am proud of our team and the passion and zeal they display. The genuine desire to help those in our industry excel is a beautiful thing to watch and be part of. We look forward, as a team to helping your business grow and your enthusiasm for the fabulous industry we work in increase. |

Carolyn Pedder - Business Manager. I have been Business Manager for Professional Skin & Beauty since February 2004 and I love using both our brands. My skin is enjoying the benefits of using Environ, while I am enjoying seeing the exciting new products/colours with each new seasons collection from Jane Iredale. I also love listening to our trainers who are all very passionate about the brands. I have been fortunate to have met a lot of our stockists over the years and have found them all to be very caring people. I look forward to meeting more of you in the years ahead. |

Stephanie Clarke - Marketing Coordinator Being new to the industry, I am finding it very exciting and enjoyable. It’s been quite a learning curve, and I don’t expect this to change any time soon! Fiona Shearer - Office Support I have been working at PSB since March 2008. It is a pleasure to work with products of such high quality and with such lovely people both in the office and stockist. I have worked in administration positions since I left school but this is the first time in the beauty industry and I am finding this industry to be very interesting, I have learnt a lot and am sure I will continue to learn more as time goes on. |

Vanessa Feehan I am a CIBTAC and ITEC qualified skin therapist, who is very passionate about the Skincare Industry and the opportunities it brings to the people involved with it. I was a manager of a very busy and successful day Spa in Central Auckland for 6 years, and then went on to be a technical educator and account manager with a French Skincare brand. The opportunity to work with Environ Skincare was a chance for me to work with a product and company that has integrity and a strong commitment to education. The technical educator and account manager allows me to pass on my knowledge and experience to those at various stages in their career. I enjoy working with our clients, to see them grow and develop, and to support in the growth of their business. |

Melanie McConnell - South Island Territory Manager & Technical Educator. I joined the wonderful PSB team in February 2009. I am an ITEC & NaSa qualified professional therapist with over 15 years experience. I have such a passion for our ever-growing Beauty Therapy Industry. I just love how we are given many opportunities to extent our knowledge. Having worked in several Christchurch salons, I was given many wonderful opportunities to expand my knowledge and passion; I have learnt from some amazing therapists and salon owners. Moving from in-salon work to Sales Consultant position, where I was looking after many salons and Spas in Wellington & the South Island for 5 years, then lead me to my role with PSB as the South Island Territory Manager & Technical Educator. I am very passionate about both Environ and Jane Iredale. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of both of these brands with you all. |

Natalie Gibson - Area Manager and Technical Trainer I was lucky enough to be introduced to both Environ and Jane Iredale very early on in my career as a skin therapist, and from that very first moment it was my goal to work more closely with both brands as a trainer for Professional Skin and Beauty. With ten years of industry experience, most of those years working with both Environ and Jane Iredale and also working internationally, I am very excited to reach my goal and step into the position as Area Manager and Technical trainer for the Lower North Island. In our rapidly evolving industry I believe that knowledge is one our greatest tools to success and I look forward to sharing with you my experience and passion to help you achieve your goals. |

Georgie Browne, Jane Iredale Account Manager. I am the newest Account Manager here at PSB supporting our jane iredale clients in Auckland and the Upper North Island. I studied a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Makeup Artistry and Special Effects, and I also have a Diploma in Sales Management and Selling, and a Diploma in Marketing. After my studies, I gained a wealth of experience while working as a Makeup Specialist for a luxury French cosmetics company in Dublin, I love clean lines and natural fresh beauty, I adore our classic fashion icons like Audrey Hepburn. I have an abundance of energy and can’t wait to share my sales knowledge and makeup experience with you. I am very passionate about skincare and beauty, so it really is an absolute dream come true to work such amazing products. Nothing can make a woman feel fantastic as quickly and easily as treating herself to new makeup (except maybe some pretty new shoes!) Jane iredales’s makeup is beautiful and so good for your skin that really one should be treating herself more and more often. I can’t wait to meet my new clients and give you all the support you need to grow your business and to love jane’s cosmetics as much as I do! |
